The Home Solutions Lifecycle Marketing team is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team responsible for Base Management, Journey Design & Delivery and Customer Retention. We lead strategic programs to build exceptional customer value & engagement.

We are looking for an agile Marketing Manager to help identify journey opportunities, prioritize delivery, and measure execution. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated cross functional team to build and optimize conversion funnels and activate new marketing capabilities in the process. Here's how
•Lead end to end go-to-market activities by collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring alignment of key messaging and positioning across all channels
•Identify and prioritize key opportunities within the customer journey and path to purchase
•Solving complex and ambiguous problems and then recommending actionable solutions that you'll implement
•Review and analyze program metrics, making changes as required to optimize effectiveness
•Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Pricing, Offers, Brand & Experience, etc. to achieve desired business outcomes Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a large company
•Strong presentation and interpersonal skills (with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization)
•With a proven eye for business, a thirst for working towards results, and a deep understanding of key performance measures
•Able to successfully collaborate with partners to achieve goals
•Real passion for working in a dynamic and high performance culture
