We are seeking a generalist with a high degree of emotional intelligence and thought leadership, who is known for their ability to deliver with excellence. You have a natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into simple. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives that impact our portfolio of Mobile and Home promotions as well as Future Friendly Home (FFH) products, including Optik TV, Internet and SmartHome Security. As a Marketing Manager within the Channel GTM & Adoption team, you will be responsible for:
•Developing the store and dealer quarterly priorities based on TELUS' overall strategy
•Developing initiatives and programs that will Increase foot traffic and improve sales conversion
•Elevating our in-store experience
•Manage the team's P&L
You will lead these discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders as a representative of TELUS physical channels, advocating for the requirements of our stores to create workable solutions.Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Broad telecommunications industry knowledge and experience
•Strong executive level storytelling and presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Clear articulation of concepts and storylines through various mediums, especially Google Slides and Docs
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
•Ability to manage through ambiguity and having an understanding of the principles of commitment-based management between peers, managers, and senior leaders
•Growth mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo Great-to-Haves
•University degree in Business
•Experience in home services, consumer mobility, and/or telecommunications industry
•Experience managing executive-level meetings and governance of programs/partnerships
