The Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team is a fast-paced and growing residential sales team that is at the forefront of innovation for TELUS' go-to-market team.

Our D2C enablement team is responsible for arming our sales teams with the tools, processes and training to enable a better customer experience and deliver on sales & marketing targets for TELUS.

The D2C enablement team is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to rethink the way we identify, continuously improve and execute best practices within the field. This means ensuring that our reps are ready with the latest tools, tips and training to be successful.

Working within a team focused on creating a culture of business ownership, you will be empowered to make decisions, drive strategy and innovate the D2C channel.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together!
    •Working closely with our field teams, you'll develop a rich understanding of their challenges and opportunities so we can design a best-in-class field support programs, that keeps our reps needs front and center •You'll build and constantly revamp our development and onboarding program to ensure our sales reps are ready to deliver on strategic TELUS initiatives and best practices •By maintaining a library of relevant marketing support materials and job aids, you'll directly influence our sales rep experience in the field by introducing and promoting innovative new ways to sell and support our customers in the field •Leveraging conversations with key stakeholders, you'll drive a roadmap of continuous improvement initiatives for the D2C channel

Here's how...
    •You'll be continuously consulting and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and design sales execution strategies that align business needs with sales objectives •You'll project manage a roadmap of supporting tools to reinforce best practices in the field - including the creation of short term pilot initiatives, which will include measuring the success of new initiatives and pilots through metrics such as sales per rep per day and household sales penetration •As results come in, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing results, so that you can develop executive recommendations which you will present to leadership and stakeholders •Regularly meeting with stakeholders to debrief on successes/opportunities and take action on key gaps and areas of opportunity identified •Effectively build and manage channel support needs against priorities to ensure optimal impact given limited resources, changing competitive landscape

    •Very strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal communication in a training facilitation and coaching context •Experience with training design and life-cycle management •Project management skills •Go-To-Market Experience •Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and data analysis skills •Self-motivated and proactive with problem solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision •Ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges and issues •Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office & Google Suite

    •University and/or technical school degree and experience •Minimum of 3-5 years of training experience
