About our Client

Our client, a well-known and established Commercial Real Estate Broker based in Vancouver, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing team of professionals on a permanent full-time basis. The primary objective of this role is to partner with the marketing team and lead the execution of the property marketing and communications process. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible with working hours being from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.   • Assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns for complex property listings (including print and multiple digital media components)
  • Develop and design a variety of internal and outbound print marketing materials (e.g. property listing brochures, detailed investment packages, market reports, email campaigns, listing proposals, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing schedules for several projects that are active at the same time.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of marketing and communication strategies for the marketing of specific properties
  • Liaise and negotiate with a variety of third-party service providers (photographers, printers, etc.)
  • Assist in updating and maintaining social media channels for various team members (LinkedIn) and keep the website up to date
  • Carry out special projects and assignments as required
  • Create PowerPoint presentations as required
  • Copywriting


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, in particular, InDesign
  • Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for design and detail
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Exceptional research skills are considered an asset
  • Reliable, committed team player who can meet deadlines
  • Has a strong work ethic and can multitask projects and duties in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language is required
