Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations in Canada and overseas. In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy in order to strength our working relationship with our Canadian clients and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
To ensure success as a Marketing Coordinator, you stand as the COO’s right-hand men (and women) and act as a bridge between clients, other services providers, and the marketing management team.

Gather, research and prepare communications material, Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions, Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases, Act as spokesperson for an organization, Answer written and oral inquiries, Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, Initiate and maintain contact with the media, Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, and information purposes, Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material, Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
