As a Manager in SAP SD Public Cloud, you will lead the O2C workstream, driving Fit-to-Standard decisions, standard vs extension choices, and integrated delivery governance across Finance, MM/Inventory, data, and integrations. You will enable stakeholder alignment and ensure high-quality outcomes from design through deployment and stabilization.

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies , and unique qualifications. As a Manager in SAP SD Public Cloud, you will lead the O2C workstream, driving Fit-to-Standard decisions, standard vs extension choices, and integrated delivery governance across Finance, MM/Inventory, data, and integrations. You will enable stakeholder alignment and ensure high-quality outcomes from design through deployment and stabilization.
What you will do
- Lead SD/O2C workstream execution from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization; own plan, scope, RAID, and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate client workshops to define future-state business processes, drive fit-to-standard decisions, and influence adoption of SAP leading practices and process standardization.
- Oversee end-to-end solution design and configuration approach in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (CBC/SSCUI) and govern delivery artifacts (solution designs, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, readiness materials).
- Drive integration management across SD with FI/CO and MM/logistics and external systems; manage dependency plans and issue resolution.
- Lead integrated testing strategy and execution oversight across SIT/UAT - leveraging test automation where applicable - and ensure traceability and business sign-off.
- Coordinate cutover and go-live readiness activities, including training support and early-life stabilization.
- Manage and mentor delivery teams; contribute to practice development and support pursuits/proposals as needed.
- Stay current on SAP Public Cloud quarterly releases and innovations; guide impact assessments and adoption planning.
- 8+ years of SAP SD/O2C experience with leadership on at least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA program Public Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, drive fit-to-standard outcomes, and guide standard vs extension decisions within clean-core principles.
- Strong governance experience: workstream planning, RAID, dependency management, and quality assurance of delivery assets.
- Demonstrated integration leadership across SD with Finance/Logistics and relevant external systems.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decision makers and resolve escalations.
- Experience leading testing, cutover, and go-live readiness for complex transformations.
- Proficiency with SAP Activate delivery approach and tools (e.g., Cloud ALM) and SAP Public Cloud configuration approaches (CBC/SSCUI).
