Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You'll lead the P&L and pricing strategy for Home Solutions including our Future Friendly Home services, including some of our most valuable core services, Internet and Voice, supporting integration with other new and emerging leading edge services. Working with a cross functional team including Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Channels & BT (IT department), you'll shape the strategy of the portfolio by taking a look at trends, past learnings and assessing where we need to go as a business. You'll drive business financial and target attainments leading a team of Product Management professionals. You'll take a fresh approach to optimize the portfolio including collaborating with other teams to drive profitable growth, exceptional customer experiences, developing and executing strategies to migrate customers up the value chain leveraging new innovative solutions.

Here's how

As the Team Lead, you'll:
    •Support a highly engaged high performing team providing exceptional leadership and support to enable the team to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic industry •Coach and develop talent on the team, ensuring a clear path to success •Manage the P&L for our Core business services to support our annual Strategy plan objectives

As an Experienced Problem Solver, you'll:
    •Support the team with tools and support to regularly review and identify opportunities to optimize pricing, promotions and marketing activities driving profitable growth •Monitor daily/weekly business performance vs. objectives and quickly course correct to achieve outcomes •Conduct post-implementation reviews on key strategic initiatives to celebrate the successes and to identify areas of opportunity

As a Collaborative Partner, you'll:
    •Work with BT (IT), Finance, Product Development, Marketing, & Channel teams to oversee and plan Pricing & Marketing innovation activities to ensure resources for marketing are optimized as the market and technology landscape changes


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce or equivalent experience. MBA is an asset •5-7 years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in telecommunications/technology sector or financial/professional services •Leadership skills and experience to support a high performing and highly engaged team •Known for being an excellent communicator, being able to clearly articulate your ideas and proposals to senior audiences, using fact and logic based arguments •You've got a passion for business with the ability to do cost/benefit analysis, including having completed a business degree in commerce or marketing •Recognized for your ability to identify opportunity and use data to inform decisions, using a variety of analytical methodologies for strategic assessments, you can identify critical areas and issues •Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze information and structure findings/recommendations for a senior audience •You have a keen eye for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to take a fresh approach and challenge the status quo •Comfortable in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines •Exceptional organizational skills and leading cross-functional teams
