A global financial institution is seeking a Manager of Finance Operations and Change Management. This is and outstanding opportunity to network and work with an international company. This is a dynamic role supporting financial operations and systems. The position pays $50-60/hr pending experience and education.
Your new role
In your new position as Manager of Finance Ops, you will be overseeing the maintenance and administration of financial systems and GL systems. You collaborate with senior finance SMEs and Change Delivery Team to ensure all projects are handled and complete in a timely manner. You act as the relationship manager with key stakeholders, and actively participate in the company's Finance Change Program. You additionally, pro-actively determine, and identify risks and escalate as required. You will also ensure all employees are aware of money laundering and terrorist financing risks. You will be maintaining controls, including internal and external controls.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in business or finance, or hold years of equivalent experience in the field. You have 5 years progressive financial systems experience and must be CA, CPA, CGA, or CFA qualified. You have outstanding problem solving, and managerial skills. You are analytical, a master negotiator, and have previously worked with regional or global entities.
