Position Overview:

As a member of the BTO team, the candidate is responsible for the complete lifecycle of multiple projects supporting different business units.

    •Provide day-to-day leadership to analyze project requirements, develop designs, and implement solutions based on Salesforce and platform
    •Drive delivery of IT solutions in partnership with stakeholders, vendors and other organizations on budget, on time and with high quality
    •Provide architecture input and direction to team members
    •Lead, coach, mentor, develop and recognize team members
    •Build and maintain relationships with our business partners
    •Initiate continuous improvement projects and deliver on them


Must have:
    •Knowledge of (SFDC) platform and capabilities
    •Working knowledge of data best practices and management
    •Preference given to candidates with experience managing/working on the SFDC Platform

Required Skills:
    •Ability to manage and motivate a team
    •Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
    •Ability to work with multiple business units
    •Strong prioritization skills
    •Strong communication skills
    •Problem solving
    •Deep tech skills and tech understanding

    •Strong decision making capabilities

    •SFDC Admin or Developer certification preferred
    •Post-secondary degree
