In this Full Time position as Manager, Home Support & Community Services, you would be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing and providing regional leadership including developing educational strategies and materials for clients/families, service providers, Specialized Community Services Programs and the public as required. This position is located at Central City in Surrey, B.C.

Position Highlights
    •Participate in the strategic planning process related to related to Specialized Community Services Programs (SCSP) across Fraser Health (FH). •Develop, implement, lead and evaluate Specialized Community Services Programs in Fraser Health. •Provide regional oversight and support to ensure clinical quality care standards are maintained within Fraser Health including FH affiliated facilities. •Collaborate with community operational leaders for Home Support, Day Programs for Older Adults, Caregiver Support, and Respite across all Fraser Health community sites, including FH affiliated Respite and DPOA providers as well as other community partners in order to meet the needs of the SCSP client population. •Collaborate with the Ministry of Health regarding reporting and SCSP policy and standards.

Your qualifications include:
    •Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field •Seven (7) years' recent related experience, including two (2) years in a leadership role; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
