Joining this Fraser Health team as the Manger of Environmental Health Services would see you involved in:
•Setting goals and objectives to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient services to achieve operation and strategic objectives. •Partnering with senior levels of government, health organizations, and community councils to recommends the development of programs to address emerging issues. •Collaborates with the Medical Health Officers and Prevention Staff in the management of Communicable Disease Control services. •Establishing long and short term fiscal planning strategies to allocate resources for existing and new programs. •Initiating strategies to attracting, developing and retaining excellent employees We are looking for you to have:
•Bachelors Degree in Health Services Administration, Environmental Health Science •Certificate in Public Health Inspection (Canada) issued by the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors. •Registration or eligible for registration in the Canada Institute of Public Health Inspectors, B.C. Branch. •Three (3) years related management experience in environmental health services, •Possession of a valid Class V B.C. Drivers Licence.
This position is on a casual basis in Surrey, BC.
