We are seeking business professionals who have senior-level experience reviewing letters of guarantee, letters of credit, purchase agreements, service contracts, and other business documents. Experience within credit and collections is highly preferred. 

Who- the Company: 

Our client is in the manufacturing industry and they have built a solid reputation over the past 20 years. This is a global organization and they are dedicated to their customers and to continuously advancing their products.

What- the Role: 

This successful company is seeking a new full-time and permanent Manager of Credit & Contracts who will grow professionally with the company for many years. The new Manager will have a role integral to the company’s business operations and hence this role requires someone with business savvy and a detail-oriented nature. The new Manager will report directly to the CFO (a wonderful leader) and will have the support of an A/R & Billing Clerk. This role will involve partnership and communication with various internal departments, such as Sales, Accounting, and Operations, as well as external interaction with customers around the world. 

Responsibilities will be ever-evolving, but will include such things as:

  • Reviewing and Editing Legal & Business Documents:
    • Letters of Guarantee from Banks 
    • Letters of Credit
  • Purchase Agreements 
  • Master Service Contracts 
  • Liaising with Banks on internal transactions 
  • Accounts Receivable and Invoicing 
  • Collections, as per signed contracts        


Corporate office in Langley, BC, close to a few highways.  We’re seeking candidates who view the Langley location as a plus, not a negative! 

Who- the Candidate: 

We are seeking business professionals with around 5 years recent and relevant work experience critically reviewing such business documents as letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and purchase agreements. Candidates will have worked for a mid-sized to large company (i.e. 200 or more employees) and preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
We are seeking high performers who are accountable and curious, and who are transparent, honest, and consistent communicators. Problem-solving skills will be used daily in this job, and we are seeking self-motivated types who are thinkers as well as doers.
