Job Description

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Participate actively in store objectives, including crew incentives, marketing promotions and contests
  • Working with the management team in order to meet sales goals and budget line items, including food, labor, paper and other controllable expenses
  • React proactively and professionally to all guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner to build customer loyalty and longevity
  • Being knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation, ensuring restaurant exceeds all regulations and company policies
  • Mentor, motivate and train crew to provide exceptional guest experience and provide quality product
  • React to areas of opportunity with professionalism and with a desire to better the restaurant system through new and innovative ideas

Qualifications

Experience
  • 2 to less than 3 Years of experience in the related field

Education
  • Secondary High School graduation certificate

Additional Skills
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Specific Skills
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
