•Cleans entrances, driveways and walkways; clears snow from such areas as walkways and building entrances as required. •Changes light bulbs; replaces parts such as plugs, switches and sockets; performs routine tasks related to the changing of electric motors, pumps and filters, as directed. •Inspects equipment such as wheelchairs, commode chairs, furniture, beds and other movable equipment and performs routine servicing such as cleaning, oiling, greasing, checking fluids and tightening loose parts and/or replacing broken/worn parts, in accordance with established standards and procedures. •Performs labour work involved in building repairs and modifications; prepares surfaces for finishing and applies paint and other finishing products, as required. Education and Experience:
•Grade 10, plus one (1) year of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. •Valid Class 5 vehicle license required.
