MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – STABLE, MULTINATIONAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience

The maintenance supervisor reports to the maintenance manager and be responsible for the supervision of 13 Maintenance Staff – Millwrights and Electricians. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Lead, coach and train the maintenance team
Implement and foster a work-safe environment
Experience and knowledge with mechanical, electrical equipment
Conduct performance reviews of maintenance staff
Technical Background – Either Red Seal Millwright or Electrician, BSc Mechanical Engineering
Experienced using SAP and familiarly with ERP systems
5 Years Mechanical Industry Experience
2-5 Years of Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing facility
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
3 weeks of vacation
2.5 – 5% Bonus
