Throughout the years, this food production facility has enjoyed a steady, stable growth. You will become part of a family-orientated, friendly work environment.  The company operates at a new, clean 75,000 square foot facility with state of the art equipment.


The Maintenance Planner will report to the Maintenance Manager and duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • The Supervision and coaching of the Maintenance Crew (approx. 4-5)
  • Mentor maintenance team by “leading by example” – you will have to work along side them and provide them with knowledge and guidance
  • Create a work-safe culture amongst the maintenance team
  • Develop and implemented a thorough and effective preventative maintenance programme
  • Help to implement new MP2/CMMS programme 
  • Develop maintenance schedule regarding manpower and equipment



  • Must come from the electrical trade (Red Seal not required)
  • Must be willing to still work on the tools
  • Experience working in food industry or industry with high health standards
  • Experience scheduling and planning facility maintenance
  • Experience implementing preventative maintenance programme



  • Annual Salary $65,000 - $75,000
  • 2-3 weeks of vacation
  • Discretionary bonus of up to 10%
  • Dental, Extended Medical
  • 80/20 split on premiums
  • Company share purchase plan available
