Maintenance Manager– Stable Company, Delta, BC

Salary:  $80,000-$110,000 - Dependent on experience 

Location:  Annacis Island, BC

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team of 15 Millwrights and Electricians
  • Implementing continuous improvements in the plant
  • Ensuring the operation is running at high safety standards and being a safety champion for others

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raw, primary manufacturing background (pulp and paper, primary manufacturing, etc.)
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting
  • Must hold a P.Eng
  • Bachelor of Science in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering
  • SAP is a huge asset
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Ability to act as a change agent

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • $80,000-110,000 - Dependent on experience
  • 2-4 weeks’ vacation
