Lumber Yard Assistant Manager

Surrey Cedar Ltd, an established cedar specialist with 2 retail lumber yards seeks sales oriented assistant manager for our Langley location.

Yard is open Monday to Saturday (8:00-4:30).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with lumber selection
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Inventory management
• Forklift operation
• Processing sales orders
• Making sales calls to prospective customers

We need someone who is comfortable making some sales calls to prospective contractors and builders in addition to helping in the yard as required. There is lots of room for good people to move up within the company.
