Reputable residential property manager seeking leasing consultant in Vancouver 40K+

Your new company
Our client, a reputable property management firm known for their luxury high-end residential properties with operations across Canada is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their Vancouver office. Although the organization is established across various cities in Canada, the firm is debuting in the Vancouver real-estate market. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to become involved in the local business at its infant growth stage.

Your new role
As a Leasing Consultant, your role involves managing your work in order to reach occupancy and rent growth goals, establishing and building rapport with tenants and prospective tenants while marketing and attracting building units to the general community. The Leasing Consultant reports to the Property Manager and guides the leasing process from generating interest for prospects, assisting in the tenant qualification process to move-ins and lease agreements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3+ years of experience working in a sales role and experience within an administrative property or leasing capacity within the real-estate industry. You will proficient with MS Office and have excellent communication and organizational skills. You hold a bachelor's degree or at minimum, high school diploma. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-centric focused and will be a proactive troubleshooter.
