Salary:  $85 000 – $90 000

This company is one of the largest distributors and retailers in Canada in their specific product group and have been recognized as one of British Columbia’s top employers. The Organizational Development and Change Manager will be focussed on leadership development and change management within the organization.  Key areas of focus will be succession planning, engagement, work force planning, change management, leadership development planning, recognition, performance management and facilitation of courses that cover these topics. This role will have deep long term effects on the organization and is key to developing the people strategy that aligns with business strategy.


To be qualified for this role you must have

  • Over 5 years’ experience in an organizational development leadership role with a focus on change management
  • A history of leading senior level management teams to support delivery of strategic results
  • Very strong coaching background with the ability to influence and guide leadership
  • Past experience aligning learning, organizational objectives and HR objectives into practical solutions
  • Exceptional history in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs
  • An understanding of PROSCI principles, methodologies and tools
  • Live in the Greater Vancouver area
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada



$85000 - $90000 Plus very strong Benefits and one of the best pensions on offer
