A major employer in Burnaby is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a key leadership role on their Compensation Services team. The Senior Compensation Advisor is responsible for managing the Compensation Services team in the provision of job evaluation services, including job analysis and evaluation, participating in the development of new job evaluation plans, and providing organizational design and job evaluation dispute resolution services.
They are looking for candidates with specialized experience in compensation, job evaluation and supporting dispute resolution processes including arbitration. The successful incumbent will have experience leading and guiding a compensation team on job evaluation and compensation issues, assigning and reviewing work, and coordinating the provision of job evaluation services to multiple stakeholders.
