Some of the day to day responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Office 365 Enterprise Setup (Sharepoint, Teams, Power BI, Flow and more)
Working with proprietary software and tools to improve implementation methodology
Data entry, reporting and administration in various internal applications (Clarizen, JIRA, Spiratest and TeamSupport)
Providing support to Consultants in the field
Your Background & Qualifications
Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in business, computer sciences, or computer engineering
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with an excellent command of English
Technical aptitude with Office 365 applications (i.e. Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI and more)
Results focused and highly organized
