File opening and closing
Draft correspondence, document preparation, requests, RCMP orders
Maintain BF system and limitation list
Book IME’s, discoveries, trials and mediations
List of Documents
Order clinical records
Provide general assistance to the Paralegal and Lawyer
Graduate of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant program
0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in plaintiff personal injury
A hospitality and/or customer service background
Solid understanding of law office policies and procedures
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and with a team
Knowledge of Amicus Attorney, Primafact, PCLaw and Microsoft Windows
Able to work full-time Monday to Friday
