Position:Junior Financial Services Manager

Status: Sales Full-Time

Dealership: OpenRoad Volkswagen Burnaby
Department:Sales

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve individual and Finance Office team targets on a consistent basis

• Targets including but not limited to: monthly delivered vehicle volume, gross profit targets, products sold per contract, closing receivable accounts, minimize contracts in transit... etc.

• Work with ORAG approved lenders to secure financing, retrieve finance information, payout loans

• Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in its entirety and without error

• Position sales product relevant to customer needs and achieve monthly product sales goals

• Establish methods and procedures to accomplish above planned objectives.

• Ensure departmental processes are followed such as, complete documentation, ensuring all relevant information is communicated by and to appropriate individuals/colleagues

• Must follow Company safety policies and practices. Immediately report any and all accidents to Sales Manager.

• This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Very well organized and possess strong time management skills.

• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and to be able to build relationships.

• Highly self-motivated and have the ability to learn quickly and be open to challenges.

• Strong financial skills and business networks.

• Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.

• Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.

• A valid BC Driver's License with a good driving record.
