JR SOUS CHEF
Overseeing the grill/saucier section, and working alongside with the chef de cuisine and the chef, you will be following their lead to organize the daily kitchen operations. You will be setting the example of professionalism and organizational excellent in order to execute product consistently at the highest of standards. Duties will include:
