Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Jr. Grower to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, specifically in cannabis cultivation, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of plant care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of cannabis plants to assess health, identify pests, and monitor overall growth.
• Execute watering schedules, ensuring plants receive appropriate moisture levels.
• Implement feeding programs and nutrient schedules to optimize plant health.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to maintain optimal growing conditions.
• Identify and address issues promptly, including disease management and pest control.
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to support the overall growth cycle, including transplanting, pruning, and cloning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards related to cannabis cultivation.

• Min. previous 2-years experience in plant care or horticulture, preferably in a cannabis cultivation setting.
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, strains, and growth cycles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of environmental controls and equipment used in cannabis cultivation.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

Part-time position (20-25 hours per week)

Flexible scheduling based on the needs of the cultivation cycle

Hourly wage commensurate with experience (research local industry standards)
