Fortinet MIS team located in Burnaby Canada is expanding and looking for experienced IT Engineers/Administrators to maintaining and upgrade Fortinet Network/Server infrastructure, ensuring service and network robustness.
n•Drive the development and maintenance of Fortinet Datacenter network/server infrastructure in 24x7x365 environmentn•Setup, Manage Burnaby Office networking infrastructure by using Fortinet productsn•Work with Dev/QA to deploy and test new products or featuresn•Take ownership over the security, performance, and reliability of all IT infrastructuren•Provides technical support and customer service via email, phone, tickets and in-personn•Deploys and configures Linux/Windows servers on VMware environment n•Responds to assigned tickets and requests within business defined service level agreementsn•Works with other members of the IT organization to ensure timely resolution of IT issues
n•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferredn•5+ years of experience in a corporate and datacenter IT/Operations environment, including significant cross-functional project management experiencen•Strong understanding of TCP/IP Network. CCIE preferredn•Strong understanding of Linux and related application.
