We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

NTT Data is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Agile background to oversee the delivery, management and growth of complex, multi-disciplinary solutions to our clients in Victoria BC and to help mentor and develop our project delivery teams.

Successful candidate will be based in Victoria, BC

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide Delivery Leadership to initiatives, projects and programs staffed by integrated project teams (client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants).
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships with clients, executive and managerial level clients.
• Sponsor new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/objectives.
• Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolutions and effective communication to stakeholders
• Managing programs, projects, and providing direction and guidance in adhering to client and internal delivery processes, frameworks, workflows and requirements.
• Develop or lead the development of project charters, management plans, schedules, effort estimates, scope statements, status reports, risk and issues logs.
• Review and approve program and project documents (deliverables, timesheets, invoices).
• Establish operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned programs, projects, tasks.
• Work with the Client Executive to improve account revenue (increased sales) and gross margin
• Manage business critical and significant projects and customer relationships.
• Develop advanced / leading-edge methodologies, professional practices, technologies and/or concepts.
• Develop complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in a project management/leadership role in an IT services company .
• Extensive Experience in the use of Agile methodologies to deliver both projects and support services.
• Skilled Agile practitioner
• Experience with implementing DevOps in large enterprise organizations
• Experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies such as Agile
• Expert analytical / problem solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
• Advanced ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans.
