Job Summary
The Team
At Device and Enterprise Services, the Contracts team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth management and execution of the agreements. This team, led by a Director, includes a Contract Analyst and a Governance Secretariat, along with new roles in Performance Management and Reporting. The Contracts team works closely with various committees, the Service Management team, other branches, and executives to impact the payment structure and overall success of our contracts. We value this team for its crucial role in overseeing performance and driving results, contributing to both our immediate goals and long-term achievements.
The Role
As the Team Lead, Business Analyst, you will manage the Performance Management Program to ensure that the needs of end-users are met while keeping performance metrics aligned with our contract goals. By ensuring that Public Servants have the necessary information and technology, you'll help enhance services for the citizens of BC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the community and be part of a collaborative team that is adaptable, energetic, and responsive to change, fostering innovation and continuous improvement through active engagement and effective problem-solving.

About this Position:
This position's headquarters will be Victoria.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Master's degree in a computer science related field and 2 years of *related experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science related field and 3 years of *related experience; OR
- Diploma in a computer science related field and 4 years *related experience; OR
- Certificate or coursework degree in a computer science related field and 5 years *related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Related experience includes the following:
- Experience working with rrelational database systems, Structured Query Language, relational data modeling and data management principles, structured analysis and design, and documentation of business requirements.
- Experience providing business analysis on high-risk projects, including management of financial and human resources.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, maintenance and problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems, and network components.
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in the following:
- Supervising or leading staff.
- PowerBI.
- My Service Now database.
