Our Opportunity: Invasive Plant Management/ Integrated Vegetation Management Technician

Spectrum is currently seeking Invasive Plant Management Technicians for our 2022 summer/fall field season projects.

The ideal candidate will bring:

· A safety-first approach to all tasks,

· Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team,

· Strong organizational skills.

Location: Locations throughout Alberta and BC. Fall/winter opportunities throughout Canada and the USA.

Anticipated Start Date & Position Term: Immediate hire, seasonal with the potential for full-time employment.


· $200.00 to $250.00 per day (rate is based on experience and relevant qualifications),

· Employee ownership through deferred share units.


· Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record,

· Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test,

· Physically fit to work in various weather conditions, environments and terrain types.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Invasive Plant Management or Integrated Vegetation Management,

· Educational background in Natural Resources, Forestry or Environmental Science would be considered a strong asset,

· Experience operating ATV’s, or other offroad vehicles.
