Your mission as an Internal Sales Advisor (or Clinical Counselor)
Reporting directly to their clinic Center Director - the Counselor’s main responsibility is to provide an exceptional patient experience while achieving their surgery booking-to-completion objective. The Counselor is relied upon to help manage the surgery schedule by ensuring both quality and consistent bookings while also executing strong retention techniques.
This is a permanent, full-time position. We offer a competitive compensation, with a salary between 18.67$ and 22.41$/hour (based on experience), in addition to bonuses and benefits. Candidates must be willing to work 40 hours per week, on a flexible schedule (days, evenings and weekends). A full training is given to all new hires.
