Our company provides a complete engineering package including conceptual design, capital cost estimates, project management, and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process control design.

We have strong expertise in developing Sawmill and Mining, material handling and mill flow designs which exploit the advantages of high technology machinery, to obtain the highest production rates and recovery. Our track record of successful projects which achieve or exceed production expectations is the direct result of combining very strong process expertise with an accurate and efficient design team.

Job Overview:

We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate or Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team of established design professionals. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to develop their design skills in an experienced, professional environment.


  • Provide technical expertise developing structural designs and peer review of fellow designers
  • Assist drafting team members in translating design concepts to paper and producing concise, finished construction drawings for use by site personnel and fabricators
  • Check the work produced by junior personnel


  • Engineering Degree from a recognized University or College and eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with APEGBC
  • Five years of design experience primarily with industrial structures for sawmill or mining projects.
  • Good working knowledge of ‘P-Frame’, ‘S-Frame’ and ‘ETABS’
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational ability and proven time management skills
  • Attention to detail is very important
  • Solid command of English, both written and verbal
