We’ve got an exciting opportunity for LAA’s specializing in Litigation, who are looking to propel their career in the right direction. Our client, located in the Heart of Downtown Vancouver, is currently seeking a Junior to Intermediate Legal Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in litigation.
Responsibilities include scheduling (discoveries, mediations, trials, etc,.,), organization and updating of files, drafting of legal documents and correspondences, managing a bring forward system (Amicus), and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications for this position include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from an accredited institution, and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
