Position Summary

To support the growth of our Insurance Services department, we are looking for an experienced Insurance Service Associate, Inforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing insurance operations team of experts responsible for providing exceptional service to our Advisory Teams and high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our Advisors and clients to support their insurance related needs. This role will consist of case coordination and servicing our clients and their existing insurance needs.

As an Insurance Service Associate, Inforce you will:

  • Assist our Advisory Teams and clients by managing the end-to-end process to facilitate all policy change requirements.
  • Work directly with Advisors, providing them with insurance knowledge and support relating to current policies.
  • Manage the ongoing requirements to ensure all policies are in good standing.
  • Responding to Wealth Planners and Associates in a timely and attentive manner.
  • Perform all daily tasks and participate in other activities as assigned by manager.
  • Maintain quality of policy data, updating policy values and policy changes.
  • Deliver a high level of personalized, professional client service, offering the rapid resolution of queries.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to continuously improve insurance industry knowledge and expertise.

  • A proactive problem solver and communicator with an orientation to issue analysis, resolution and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • First-class client service skills; minimum 3 years’ experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willingness to obtain.
  • Thorough knowledge of all types of insurance products within the Canadian insurance industry.
  • Comfortable working with various insurance companies’ software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.
