We've just completed one of our best years ever and are looking for someone to help us grow our company in the Canadian market. Are you a high-flying sales person looking for your next challenge? Do you have sales or F&I experience in Auto, RV, Marine, or Powersport dealerships?

Quantech software began developing dealership software for Auto, RV, Marine, and Powersport dealerships in 1998. All of our products are cloud-based and developed on state of the art platforms.

Quantech is best-known for the quality of service it provides to its hundreds of customers. While other companies give lip service to the importance of customer service, Quantech provides it.

Job Description
General Description (reporting to the General Manager):
- Sales prospecting (cold calling) from lists and databases.
- Responding to leads from various sources using a prescribed sales process that includes qualification, needs assessment, product presentation, solution proposal, close, and after sale follow-up.
- Use web presentation tools to show customers how Quantech software addresses their specific applications.
- Manage working relationships with other sales entities and/or organizations that have day-to-day interaction with dealers.
- Keep accurate notes on all sales related activities and customer/prospect interaction in ACT sales database.
- Provide monthly sales reports and forecasts (other sales-related duties as required).

Experience and Academic Qualifications:

CandidatesTechnical Sales Representatives require a Survey or Civil Engineering certificate from a technical college or university. Several years of field experience in surveying and survey/CAD software is also a requirement. SucCanacc should have two years of sales experience (software sales experience would be an asset, as would experience as a finance manager in Auto, RV, Marine, or Powersport dealerships). This person needs strong computer, phone and personal communication skills, (ACT, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). It goes without saying the successful applicant be highly motivated and well-organized.

Skills Required:
- Sales and prospecting.
- General computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), ACT.
- Communication - verbal (online presentations) and written (proposal writing).
- Administrative duties - entering notes in ACT, forecasting.
- Planning and goal-setting


Compensation is salary and commission.
