Overview: Receives inbound calls from current customers for sales of add-ons, upgrades to existing accounts, or migration to additional Sage products/services. Product sales are primarily handled via phone and/or online. Also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on assigned accounts. Conversations are typically open-ended and address the general business needs of the customer and how they can expand the use of Sage's products within the business. Job has through knowledge and understanding of Sage products. Reporting Relationships: - Reports to the Mgr, Direct Sales - No direct reports up to this position.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming telephone calls from existing customers to determine needs for add on sales, upgrades to existing accounts and other products and services - Process customer order or refer the customer to the appropriate responsible function for additional assistance
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred - Entry-level experience - Experience selling in a call center selling environment - Business to business sales experience - Computer skills - Software selling experience
