The Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and talented Inside Sales Representative to join thier growing Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in building thier sales career.   

The ideal candidate is someone whom believes that every great product needs a great sales team behind it! You are a dynamic, self-driven person who thrives on securing new customers and flourishes in a fast-paced technological environment. This position is geared toward someone with a minimum of one year technology, B2B or Hospitality Inside Sales experience

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling our Point of Sale (POS) - hardware, software, and services associated with implementing new and upgraded systems or add-on components to existing customers and new prospects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in an assigned territory to generate and maximize revenue
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
  • Follow-up on all inbound leads by phone, email, and online chat
  • Proactively manage opportunities with existing and prospective customers through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate and deliver dynamic web-based sales presentations and online product demonstrations
  • Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations (including hardware, software, and services) for current and prospective customers
  • Coordinate sales and support efforts with sales management, marketing, finance, and other departments as needed
  • Update all sales activity in the corporate CRM system and prepare reports as required by the Director of Sales

 Experience and Skills

  • 2 years of experience business to business selling preferable inside sales
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and comfort in fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers (internal and external)
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a definite asset
