We are currently seeking a Innovation & Transformation Business Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program for a specific client. This role is fully dedicated to the delivery of the I&T program, including accountability for governance, execution, and outcomes across all program workstreams.

This client operates in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment where continuity of service, compliance, and workforce stability are essential to safety and public trust. This requires a delivery partner that can ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective workforce delivery across complex, multi-year IT and digital health engagements.

NTT DATA provides end-to-end delivery governance, workforce planning, and operational oversight, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time while meeting contractual, financial, and public-sector accountability requirements.

This Business Analyst will support the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program exclusively, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to enterprise transformation priorities.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

• Support the I&T program delivery
• Work across multiple I&T initiatives to define requirements and track progress
• Collaborate with program managers, product owners, and delivery team
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with I&T strategic objectives
• Support governance, reporting, and milestone tracking for I&T program
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues within I&T initiatives
• Drive standardization of business analysis practices across I&T program
• Contribute to transformation roadmap and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• 5-10 years relevant experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications
