Injection Molding Process Maintenance Personnel:  Harvey 2268 

General Responsibilities: 

• Perform hands-on maintenance to all equipment and plant facility
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and insure equipment is in good repair and operating a safe manner
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Manage parts inventory to minimize production down time
• Communicate with management on required down time for repairs and improvements
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with occupational safety act 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma
• Ability to read and write in English
• Millwright certification or minimum 3-5 years industrial mechanics
• Experience in the operation of plastic injection moulding machinery
• Practical experience in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, and Electronics
• Ability to read machinery prints or drawings 

Skills and Aptitude: 

•  Motivated to maintain equipment and plant in the best condition possible
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Enthusiasm to communicate in a team environment
• Millwright ticket would be an asset

This is a fulltime position

Salary is based on experience
