Infrastructure Support Analyst

Apply your skills and experience to a dynamic IT setting

As one of 5 infrastructure specialists in our technical services division, you will provide vital administration and support for a variety of infrastructure functions. Your varied day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • providing second-level support for infrastructure issues affecting clients
  • performing regular monitoring, testing, and tuning as changes occur to the production environment
  • maintaining the integrity of the Disaster Recovery site
  • providing leadership for improvements to the infrastructure systems.

You have a degree or diploma in information technology or computer science and 5 years of experience administering a corporate server environment.

Your capabilities encompass intermediate or above expertise for:
  • Windows server OS 2008 - 2016
  • NetScaler 11 on SDX, or other load balancer expertise
  • Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler)
  • Network proficiency and enterprise level virtualization experience

Knowledge and expertise of any of the following technology areas would be an asset:
  • All aspects of Active Directory 2008 to 2016,
  • Exchange 2013, Office 365 EOP and SMTP gateway appliances VMWare vSphere X6
  • Azure & Office 365 cloud technologies
  • Linux OS,
  • Cisco networking
  • CommVault Backup

You are an analytical thinker and enjoy generating new ideas. You possess strong organization and communication skills. You excel at learning and adapting to new technologies and working under pressure.
