This position performs the full range of the Service Desk functions including answering incoming technical support calls by telephone, logging all support requests in ServiceNow application, etc.
The Infrastructure Services Technician (Service Desk) works with the Manager, Customer Support Services and the Technology department to provide Service Desk functional support to the organization in configuring, installing and maintaining the multi-platform/environment hardware and software used on the network, workstations and servers.
The position will be based out of Victoria.

Incident and Request management
Configuring, installing and maintaining hardware and software for workstations
Assisting staff and systems administrators with systems problems and decisions
Training clients in use of information technology
