THE TEAM The mission of IT Department Support is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day IT business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring the successful completion of Technology initiatives and day-to-day business, collaborating with the IT team and be part of the team that ensures retail technology delivery and services meet and exceed our business partner's expectations. As a Technical Analyst, IT Business Integration, you provide technical oversight on service reliability and operations and will be the escalation point for operational or complex issues while advocating for the Retail business and ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and performing optimally. THE ROLE As the Technical Analyst, IT Business Integration you will:
- Clearly understand business objectives and support with translating requirements into scalable, user-centric technology solutions
- Help ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
- Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
- Sustain and grow the solution while ensuring it evolves to meet the changing needs of the user
- Engage and support the business to maximize the value of technology investments
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Technical Analyst, IT Business Integration has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in
- Windows based operating systems and Java based applications
- Windows/device management platforms, Oracle application and database products
- Implementing and maintaining enterprise level monitoring and logging solutions
- Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SCCM for end user endpoints as well as servers
- PowerShell or other automation scripting
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
