As the Influence Senior Director, you will lead the team responsible for leveraging influence to position the Aritzia brand and drive awareness in North America and beyond. Your role is pivotal in establishing this strategic focus and pillar of our marketing strategy. You will lean on your deep industry knowledge, thorough analysis and business acumen to develop and implement strategies across each of Social Media, Influencer and Earned Media. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with our clients and propel the Aritzia brand in new and unprecedented ways.


As the Influence Senior Director, you will:
  • Establish an Influence strategy and roadmap and build the infrastructure for this strategic focus area
  • Establish the vision for a œSocial First creative strategy and the integration of Influence into all marketing channels
  • Leverage organic placements and partnerships with targeted media and other relevant collaborators to expand our reach, amplify our marketing activations and inform our exclusive brand development
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of innovative and high-performing individuals


The Influence Senior Director has:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Retail experience within fashion or apparel
  • Proven experience in multi-channel social marketing leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high performance team
  • The passion to build, develop and grow!
