One of BC’s most respected organizations is actively seeking a Legal Assistant to work with their investigations team. The organization is located just outside the downtown core, and is known for their exceptional work-life balance within their organization. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining, reviewing and analyzing file material
  • Organizing and maintaining ongoing investigation files
  • Photocopying, scanning, word processing, drafting memos, letters and other legal documents
  • Provide support to the Investigations department as required, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, conducting online research and other similar tasks.

The successful applicant for this opportunity will have at least 2 years’ Legal Administrative experience, have a high level of analytical skills, as well as, well-developed time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data base skills are critical to this position, so the successful applicant must be strong with both.
