Service Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Manager (SM) plays a critical role in the success. The Service Manager is part of the leadership team and is responsible for the management, facilitation, administration, safety, growth, and profitability of the HVAC Services Department. This is a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure all work orders (demand and maintenance calls) are scheduled, managed, and completed in a timely manner. This includes ordering materials, cranes, subtrades, etc. as required.

· Manage all aspects of staff supervision (staffing, behavioral expectations, work schedules, timecards, professional development, etc.)

· Set and maintain quality standards by providing technical and safety training as well as technical support for the field technicians.

· Procure and protect company resources such and tools, vehicles, and inventory.

· Capitalize on sales opportunities by identifying issues, generating accurate scopes of work and pricing competitively.

· Drive profitability by thoughtful planning, 360-degree communication, tracking progress, and managing material and labor costs.

· Submit accurate invoicing on all completed work.

· Deliver the Specialized Difference to clients via effective communication, managed expectations, quality workmanship.

· Lead and inspire all staff. Drive achievement with goals and discipline. Live the Vision, Mission, and values of our client.

Minimum Requirements

· 5-7 years of HVAC experience

· 2-3 years of management experience

· Excellent communication skills with high English proficiency

· Must reside within our service area (Metro Vancouver)

· Must have a clean driving record (Company vehicle issued)

· Eligible to work in Canada. Proof required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Commission pay $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 commission per year
