Reporting to the Foreman of Mechanical within the Facilities Division, the HVAC/Gasfitter Tradesperson is responsible for a variety of heating and ventilation duties across over 140 school district sites and offices. The School District facilities include a variety of HVAC equipment and as such we seek individuals with experience working on older model equipment as well as new technology. The District has implemented 100% DDC at all sites and as such the successful applicants must be comfortable implementing controls via laptop.
The successful applicant must be a team-player ready to be part of a cohesive, effective team of professionals in the Mechanical Department who hold great pride in their work. Due to retirements and a new position the department currently seeks 3 HVAC/Gasfitters for the following shifts:

This is a unionized position that offers an hourly wage rate of $31.31, plus a liberal benefit package including Municipal Pension, health, vacation and sick benefits.
