Because of an internal promotion, Our downtown client is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team. Reporting into the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the following:
- Post job vacancies and conduct reference checks
- Manage incoming resumes
- Arrange meetings with incumbents and staff members
- Assist with on boarding
- Process new employees and terminations
- Review payroll and benefit forms
- Update and maintain all HR files
Ideally you have your HR designation, or are close to completion. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience, and ideally knowledge of HRIS.
