What- the Role: 

We are seeking a new Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with a variety of Human Resources functions in Vancouver and beyond for a specific corporate employee population of around 200.  This is an excellent career opportunity for someone who is looking for engaging and challenging work in a fast-paced environment with a high-performing team. 
The new HRBP’s portfolio will be fluid and diverse and will encompass such areas as:
  • Employee Relations 
  • Talent Acquisition 
  • Immigration & Relocation 
  • Employee Training & Development
  • Organizational Design
  • Program Implementation
  • HR Policies 
  • Workforce Planning

Who- the Candidate: 

We are seeking an up & coming HR professional who is business-savvy, confident in their abilities, and who has a can-do approach to their work. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years’ work experience in HR. Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and international corporation is preferred. Some form of post-secondary education pertaining to Human Resources is required, and the CPHR certification is an asset. 


Downtown Vancouver in a corporate office with great views. Close to public transit and many amenities like restaurants and shops.  

How Much:
