Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources department.
Provides comprehensive human resources services for an assigned Health Service Delivery Area, including contract interpretation, collective agreement administration, selection advice, performance and change management advice, grievance investigation, dispute resolution facilitation and third-party hearings. Provides input into the development of human resources policy, services and programs, and works in conjunction with corporate human resources services to plan, develop and implement strategic objectives and operational plans for the assigned Health Service Delivery Area.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Completion of a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, and
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of human resources experience in a large, complex unionized environment, or
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
