Human Resource Clerk II

School District 43 (Coquitlam) invites applications for the position of a qualified Human Resource Clerk II. Responsibilities include automated dispatch, providing data for pay processing, benefit administration, employee assignments and changes, job postings and data entry.
Preferred applicants will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Secretary including one year recent experience as a Human Resources Clerk using a modern Human Resource/Payroll system in a large complex unionized organization, or one year recent experience using a similar complex database.
Grade 12 including courses in business education and related computer software, plus an additional five post-secondary credit courses from a recognized college or institution in human resource/database management, with a minimum of three of those five being in human resources.

Currently, salary is $27.52 /hour - 35 hours a week
Hours of work: 9:00am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
